Dr. Riad Nofal is an academic, professional and diplomatic career for about 35 years, as a high-ranking official, diplomat, lecturer, trainer and visiting lecturer in many countries, in several universities, higher institutes, diplomatic institutes and training centers.

A long experience that was deepened through academic and professional visits to about 60 countries, and participation in about 40 regional and international conferences (parliamentary and governmental). Hence, it was possible to integrate scientific knowledge with practical experiences, and to teach others on the one hand and to learn from them on the other.
